Tummy Tuck, Lipo to flanks, hernia repair; compression garment or belly binder? (photos)

I am very used to using very tight body shapers because i hate my belly and rarely want to constantly look pregnant with my current flab. Many people dont know my belly is not flat because i use some of the strongest garments available...hey who needs to breath? Lol actually i do which is why im doing this surgery. My doctor recommends using belly binders after my procedure. Isnt it better to have the area compressed even tighter to prevent swelling and train your waist? I feel like a binder is less effective and not as tight but dont want to compromise my healing either. What do you think? Any input will be appreciated!! :) i love this website!!!
