I had a consultation with an oral surgeon and he recommended a BSSO for my asymmetric mandible which I am ok with undergoing. He also recommended a genioplasty which I kind of expected. For my canted occlusal plane, he recommended a Le Fort I osteotomy which I’m scared of undergoing as the healing will take a long time. I was hoping the cant can be fixed with TADs but my orthodontist said it’s not possible for my case. Would cosmetic veneers hide the cant? Any other options?
