My problem is a small mouth, but large front teeth and a recurring overbite. I have done a lot about my overbite/overjet and jaw position, such as: - Had 2x braces (in my youth and also when I was adult) - I got an Invisalign (4 years ago) - I got a 4 hour jaw surgery (I had an abnormal chin/jaw position) I am concerned with the 4 front teeth. The 2 front teeth I find too big/long/wide for my mouth. I would like them smaller. Can veneers make my smile look better and front teeth less large?

Answer: Veneers would help to correct the shape and size of the teeth, but the occlusal problem needs to be solved with orthodontics
If your veneers are truly too bulky, only a replacement will solve your problem and make you happy. Dentist experienced with porcelain veneers and cosmetic mock up procedures should be able to give you the results you were looking for
The reason you had IPR is most likely to create enough space to fix the open biting. You may want to have veneers to change the appearence of your teeth, however, you will need to have them shaved down for this treatment. The decision is yours whether it's worth it or not.
