My forehead veins are bulging, what is the best way to treat them?

Previously I have had a microphleboctomy on my forehead veins and 2 sessions of scelerotherapy Back in 2018. But it didn't change anything I can still see the bulge

I agree that pain a year out is not typical after vein treatment.  It may not be anything serious, but I would recommend seeing the physician who initially treated your veins. They will probably end up recommending another ultrasound.
