My forehead veins are bulging, what is the best way to treat them?

Previously I have had a microphleboctomy on my forehead veins and 2 sessions of scelerotherapy Back in 2018. But it didn't change anything I can still see the bulge

Thank you for your question, For varicose veins, we typically recommend a safe, minimally invasive procedure called Sclerotherapy. A salt solution is injected directly into each vein, causing them to collapse and ultimately disappear. For long-term improvement, we often complement Sclerotherapy with IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) photofacial and the Excel V laser, which treats both superficial and deep vascular conditions on all skin types. I would retreat these forehead veins with sclerotherapy.  I use to do a combination of microphlebectomy and sclerotherapy in the past but over the last 5 years I have had very good results with sclerotherapy alone.
