I have spider veins by my nose, the clinic near me is recommending an Omnimax laser treatment. Is this the right laser?

There is not a single best laser to treat nasal veins.  I have had success with micro needle RF, sclerotherapy and the Dornier 940 Topical laser.  Many other lasers will also work.  The success is more related to the person doing the treatment than to the laser used.
