Answer: The Ideal Vaser Candidate
Traditional liposuction is useful mostly for reducing the volume—or “de-bulking”—of patients that are quite overweight. Patients who undergo traditional liposuction will indeed be smaller, yet they will not see muscular definition. Vaser Hi-Def is meant for those who are in decent shape to those who are moderately overweight. It is especially for those who have difficulty seeing real muscular definition, despite a rigorous exercise and diet program. It is not meant for very overweight or obese people.

Answer: Vaser Lipo is for Body Sculpting
Thanks for your questions.
Liposuction is not for fat people, and in fact it is not a weight loss procedure. On average, a Vaser lipo procedure only removes up to 6 litres of fat (around 10 lbs). For a seriously overweight individual this would not make for much weight reduction.
As you suggested in your question, liposuction is indeed for body shaping, removing fat in places that have been resistant to exercise. In fact, each person's body is a little different in how it stores fat, and fat is not uniformly distributed on the body. Moreover, fat does not diminish uniformly from exercise and dieting.
Thus, for people who feel their thighs are too full, or can't get that six-pack abs no matter how much exercise they put into it, Vaser lipo can help.
