Can you use Vaseline in the morning and Latisse at night? (photo)

Hello, I was wondering if you can put vaseline in your eyelashes in the morning and latisse at night because I heard vaseline can mousturize your eyelashes and make them grow better, and I was wondering if the vaseline would block the latisse at night?
