Is it safe to buy Latisse from Mexico?

Hi there! I have been prescribed and taking Latisse for the last few months. I noticed in the pharmacy they are selling it for way cheaper then the US. My question is, is it safe to buy in Mexico to refill? It looks exactly the same and is in a pharmacy.
