Thank you for your question.  Botox and filler pricing can vary significantly, depending on the amount of product needed, the qualifications and expertise of your injector, and the geographic location of the clinic itself.  To give you an example, Botox can vary from $8-20+ per unit, and most patients are often treated with 20-50+ units depending on their anatomy, muscle strength, and aesthetic goals.  Looking at your photos, you would likely benefit from a combination of treatments, including Botox and fillers, as well as a skin resurfacing laser (like Contour TRL or CO2 lasers) for deeper collagen stimulation.  Please keep in mind, there are many important blood vessels that run between the eyebrows and through the forehead, and this is a higher risk area for filler injections.  If one of these blood vessels is blocked with fillers, this can result in necrosis of the skin and permanent scarring.  I would recommend seeing an expert, like an experienced cosmetic dermatologist or a plastic surgeon.  Best of luck!   

In my opinion you will benefit from the use of both products, Botox and a filler. At first you should have a Botox treatment,  wait approximately 2 weeks and then come back to the same treating physician and have a filler injected into the same area. It seems your frown lines are quite deep at rest which means botox will not eliminate the lines however with repeated doses often some degree of softening of the lines can be achieved . I agree with previous doctors that a dermal filler would be required to soften the lines to your satisfaction however it is an area at higher risk of complication such as vessel blockage leading to skin damage or, worst case, blindness in one eye. It is very important therefore to be treated by an experienced doctor with full knowledge of anatomy of the area and techniques to minimise the risk to negligible.
Laser resurfacing , in my opinion , would not be sufficient to reduce the lines to any significant degree.
Prices commence at approximately $270 to $400 per session for botox , commencing at 3 monthly intervals and then stretching to 6 monthly with some patients able to reduce the dose at each treatment to approximately $150 to $200 per session 
Dermal filler would cost approximately $300 -$600 initially with perhaps a second sitting of the same 2 weeks later. If botox is maintained the filler usually does not need to be repeated again

Botox is a muscle-relaxing medication that works very well for dynamic lines, or lines that appear with expression and muscle contraction.  Lines that are static, or those appearing at rest, tend to do better with a bit of volume to plump them up.  For etched in glabellar/ frown lines, I often employ a combination of a soft filler (like Juvederm Ultra) and Botox, for the combined effect of line plumping and muscle relaxation.  Synergistically, Botox makes the filler lasts in the glabella/ in-between brows area last a bit longer, as the frowning muscles are relaxed and aren't moving quite as much as they would be otherwise.  As Dr. Eshaghian and others have pointed out, the glabella has lots of blood vessels, and is a treatment area associated with significant complications (as is the rest of the face).  I minimize vessel occlusion risk by using very conservtive filler amount, a small 31g needle, aspirate a lot, and rarely venture beyond the dermis when placing fillers into the glabella, and always have hyaluronic filler-dissolving enzyme hyaluronidase on hand.  To answer your specific question, your lines may need 1/2-1 ml of hyaluronic acid filler and anywhere from 15-30+ units of Botox, depending on how strong of a frowner you are.  Resurfacing, such as microneedling, peels, or CO2 laser, would be a great addition for smoother, less lined skin.  I recommend you consult with a Dermatologist, Plastic Surgeon, Oculoplastic Surgeon, or Facial Plastic Surgeon who does lots of aesthetic injections and treatments to discuss your options and developed a customized treatment plan.  Good luck!

is a purified protein used to address wrinkles associated with facial
expression such as the vertical lines seen between the brows when one frowns. For those with wrinkles at rest Botox may soften the lines but not make them disappear completely. This may take several session over a year or so. Some doctors inject fillers into this area. However injecting fillers in this area incurs a higher risk of irreversible blindness and I advise my patients against it. Resurfacing treatments such as fractional CO2 can help with textural irregularities. Please consult with a doctor for specific recommendations. Good luck!
