I am 42 years old and have deep vertical forehead wrinkles. In reading other posts it sounds like I would need a combination of botox and a filler? I would like to get an idea of how much the initial cost would be, I do understand I would need to maintain this every 3-4 months, would it be the same price as the initial procedures(s)? The picture i have provided is with my face relaxed so as you can see they are pretty bad. Thank you for the info.

Answer: $1450/yr to maintain Glabella frown creases looking good. You will probably spend roughly $300 a session for dysport/botox 3 times a yr and also $550 for 1 syringe of filler once a year to look good. That's definitely worth not looking angry or old.
