Thank you for sharing your question.  Without a full series of photographs it is difficult to offer definite advice, but color changes to the areola are not uncommon, and tend to result from hormonal changes within the body.  Similarly, little bumps around the nipple could be small skin tags or ...

If your nipples are inverted, there is a simple operation to bring them out. It can be done under local anesthesia in the office. If they are simply too small then the simplest solution is an injection of filler, A photograph of your nipples would be helpful here.
