I’m 6 mo post TT w muscle repair, umbilical reconstruction, & lipo to flanks. I had a revision at the incision line April 26. I’ve never had reg BMs but since the surgery I’ve been obsessed with having BMs to reduce the swelling to the abd. How do I diffenciate if distention is related to fluid from lymphatic interruption or bloating from constipation. I started drinking laxative teas and/or Miralax. My stomach is usually flat in the AM or when I have BMs. Any help/recommendations appreciated.
