Thank you for your question.I don't recommend that retinoid creams be stopped before eMatrix treatments.2 days after eMatrix treatment, you can restart the retinoid creams.Best,Dr. Karamanoukian

You can stop the night before eMatrix, re start when your skin heals (3-7 days). Depending on the number of over laps, and the mj per pin, plus the pin setting on eMatrix, your skin will heal within the above time period.
