There is no association that i know of between vitiligo and botox. I suggest you see an expert for treatment.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Botox has been used in the calves to slim them.  However I do not know of anyone using botox to reduce arm muscles.  I would not recommend it.

If you have numbness afer botox that is not a normal complication and you should be seen by a neurologist who can evaluate the nerves in this area.  Best, Dr. emer

Botox can be used to treat the unaffected side for more symmetry.  It will not help the affected side.

Botox is injected into facial muscles and would not cause any hyperpigmentation.  Botox only affects the movement of facial muscles. This mapping you are describing sounds like melasma or brown spots.  I would make sure to wear a hat and sunscreen.  Topical creams, chemical peels, IPL, and las...
