Facial numbness after botox?

I had botox on my forehead a Month in a half ago.. I have feeling a burning sensation on my forehead and my face feels numb. .. I am very scare don't know what's going on. .. I called the clinic and they keep saying it isn't related to the botox. .. what should I do

Botox can be used to treat the unaffected side for more symmetry.  It will not help the affected side.

Botox is injected into facial muscles and would not cause any hyperpigmentation.  Botox only affects the movement of facial muscles. This mapping you are describing sounds like melasma or brown spots.  I would make sure to wear a hat and sunscreen.  Topical creams, chemical peels, IPL, and las...

The main concern would be with displacing the botox or fillers. With botox this could affect the forehead injection. With fillers, it is unusual unless you have the temples injected.

Botox shouldn't cause any issue around the eye area even if a small amount drips into your eye.  I suggest speaking to your physician if you are concerned.  Best, Dr. Emer.
