Hi! I am thinking of a cog thread lift and I am reading all these constrictions after the lift. But no one says WHY not to do them. I understand the no vigorous gym after but what happens if you sleep on your side or laugh after a thread lift? Can the skin move out place and drop again or? Because I am not conserned of swelling thats ok. I am VERY bad at sleeping on my side and cant know what I do in my sleep for a week. And I have a very social job where I might laugh after the lift too.
