I am in my mid 30's and I have some slight skin laxity in my cheeks that is causing the start of nasolabial folds. I've had consults and I am not a candidate for surgery or fillers (facial volume loss is not my issue, nor is bone loss) but micro-needling RF treatment was recommended. However, I've read that isn't suitable for people with rosacea or broken capillaries. What better alternatives are there?
