Is it safe to inject botox for glabellar lines if you have a nose silicone implant?

Just wondering if there is a high likelihood for complications or infections? And should one be cautious to not inject the Botox directly on top of the radix area, where the forehead and the implant connect? Thank you in advance!

You had a large dose of botox injected which predictably caused significant muscular paralysis and weakening. You should however be able to regain strength after a few months as botox doesn't cause permanent paralysis.
