Find out if you have a cartilage graft in your tip. If so you may need to have it removed. I have seen this exact thing many times

Based on your photo, we can see a circular protrusion of your nasal tip, however, it is not clear whether or not this is infected. Do you have a foreign body implant in your nose like silicone? The reason I ask is because nasal infections after rhinoplasty are very uncommon unless if there is a foreign body used during the surgery. If you do have an infection, please seek medical attention right away. If your surgeon will not care for you, please seek attention from another plastic surgeon or rhinoplasty specialist to prevent complications of your possible infection. Wishing you well.
