Painful, red hard bump on left nostril tip Hi I am 7months post septorhinoplasty and for the second time now I have developed a very painful abscess of some sort on my left nostril tip. The first time I was prescribe antibiotics for one week and it took care of it but 1 month after that the bump came back and it is even more painful than the last time. My doctor hasn’t been very helpful and his nurse keeps gaslighting and telling me she can’t see anything when it’s very obviously there!
