Is this considered as swelling or is this the rough shape of my nose after rhinoplasty? (Photos)

Based on your photos, you appear to have somewhat thick and oily nasal tip skin that can hold on to swelling for over a year. If this is not helpful, several droplets of Silikon-1000 may be injected to the indentation visible on your nasal profile, in order for you to achieve a straight nasal profile appearance. It is probably a small remnant of cartilage above the nasal tip(mini pollybeak). It is very important to perform surgery on the tip of the nose together with the hump removal to avoid this type of remnants.
