Im 23 Im 5’1 and Hispanic brown skin I’m 6 months post op, troubles of breathing and also bleeding sometimes. I’m not sure if I have a saddle nose

Hello! Thank you for your question.As far as I can see from your photos your nose is still very swollen. It is too early to decide anything. The bleeding is usually normal because there is a lot of stitches in your nose according to surgery. If you can provide photos with better lighting, from the side of your face and 1 meter away I would be able to make a proper evaluation. It would be more convenient to decide with face-to-face consultation. Best Regards!

An internal exam would  need to be done. There may be hypertrophy of your turbinates which can be treated either surgically or non surgically

Bleeding from the nose after septorhinoplasty is not that rare and may last months after surgery. Swelling inside and outsde may need good year, even longer, to stabilize; taping of the nose overnight can help to keep outside swelling under control. Use of moiserizers like saline gel and spray will help to deel with inside swelling and bleeding. Only in person exam can confirm whether there may be residual obstruction. Discussin these issues with your surgeon is always the best way to resolve them. Hope this helps.

we need to rule out the presence of synechiae (scars inside the nose) or that the deviation of the septum would re-form. another possibility that has to be ruled out in the ct scan is the presence of sinusitis or some allergic inflammatory component
