I have noticed and started to become concerned about a dent in the tip of my nose, I have looked back at pictures of when I was younger and previous years and noticed it’s getting worse. Is this normal?

We need to rule out the presence of synechiae (scars inside the nose) or that the deviation of the septum would re-form. another possibility that has to be ruled out in the ct scan is the presence of sinusitis or some allergic inflammatory component
Hello! Great question. It can take a period of time for swelling to regress and the new normal to appear. At 15 months and thick skin, you're probably getting close. Everyone is different, though. For tip swelling, nightly taping and steroid injections can help quite a bit. If after 1.5 years...
