What Norwood am I? Can I get a hair transplant to achieve full head of hair? (Photos)

This is my hair, I have never used Minoxidil, Finasteride or PRP. Also have never used laser cap. Can I get a full head of hair with a hair transplant (something like the picture included - individual with black hair)

it is always possible but will need to be evaluated by a physician first to see how many grafts are available and how many grafts are needed to establish a full hair that you want. But it is also just as important to have maintenance therapy to keep your CURRENT hair so medication like minoxidil and finasteride should be discussed with your doctor.

Hi and thanks for your question! I would say you are a Norwood IV to V. I will say that a hair transplant can help but will not bring your hair to be as thick as the one in the photo you provided. The reason is you do not have enough density from the donor site (the back of the head) to fill in your scalp at the density needed to match the example photo. However, you can get pretty dramatically improved results from a hair transplant. The treatments you mentioned (minoxidil, finasteride, PRP) can be helpful (laser cap not so much), and would be recommended with or without a hair transplant but to see the biggest effect would require the hair transplant.
