It appears from the photos that you are also experiencing some receding in the temples and at the anterior of your hair line. I would suggest transplant first to stabilize your hair line and fill in the temple area. After waiting a minimum of 8months if you wish to further reduce your forehead you could consider a forehead reduction surgery. What you don't want to do is have a forehead reduction and then have an unstable receding hairline that leaves the forehead reduction scar visible.
