Can an expert remove hyperpigmented spots that are in the dermis for me? (Photos)

I have type IV skin. Local derm said that my hyperpigmented spots are in the dermis. I had some pimples that left hyperpigmentation on my cheeks, I used hydroquinone for a few weeks without sunscreen (as the doctor didn't inform me about sunscreen) and the spots got bigger and worse. I also used it in between my eyebrows in which i had a small blemish and i used hq on that too and it gave me a hyperpigmented spot. I was wondering if there was any derm out there that is very experienced in TYPE IV Skin and could help me remove these pigment by January. I am willing to fly out.

Yes there is chance of hair loss but not permanent. you need to start latisse and roller use daily on the brows and proper post tattoo removal skincare to prevent any issues, PRP injections should be done as well (see link). Best, Dr. Emer.

Hi, Great question. Depending on your skin type on the Fitzpatrick Scale from I - VI you may be a good candidate to treat that spot with Pico Way. A better choice would be to use the Zoom handpiece to spot treat and pick the appropriate and safe wavelength based on your skin type. Warmer...

Hi, Great question! Pico Way has four times the amount of energy (200mj for Pico Way and 50mj for Pico Sure) and better depth of penetration. We have had our Pico Way for a few years now and it is the gold standard for tattoo removal. Hope this helps!
