Is Picoway or Picoplus the best laser for old, dark colored surgical scars? (photo)

After after 360 Lipo and BBL 1 year ago, I am left with many scars all over my body. They lighten dark brown to black against my light brown/yellow skin. I would like to lighten them till they disappear using laser. Is Picoway, Picoplus or any laser the best for surgical scars?

Just a word to the wise. The market is flooded out there (and seemingly added to each day) with this or that relatively expensive bells and whistles fraxel laser or other so-called "light and energy-based" devices whose real science for their benefits lags well behind their manufacturer's marketing hype. So, perhaps you might wish to discuss with your physician the use of simple, relatively inexpensive professional microneedling coupled with prescription strength skin lightening medications. It may not be the flashy "in" device, but you may be quite pleasantly surprised with the results. Best of luck.

Hello, we use picoway for scar revision and have been able to achieve some really good results.  Keep in mind that scar revision is a process and a series of treatments will be needed.  Adding stem cells or PRP can help to accelerate the healing process as well.  Good luck!
