HRT in menopause - does starting and/or stopping HRT activate and/or worsen hair loss from AGA, FFA & LPP?

I'm a 51 yr old menopausal woman considering starting hormone replacement therapy (HRT). I have 3 types of hair loss: AGA, FFA & LPP. I'm weighing pros & cons of HRT & need help to better understand the risk of triggering more hair loss. Would either or both the starting & then after a few years the stopping of HRT increase the risk of activating or worsening any of my hair loss conditions? Is it possible to generalize if HRT is considered a high, medium or low risk for triggering hair loss?

There is some evidence that heavy weight lifting can increase testosterone. This would increase testosterone and may cause hair loss with a fairly active alpha reductase enzyme producing DHT . My suggestion would be to add a DHT blocker.
