I suffered temporary hair loss due to stress when I had COVID, & then lost even more hair when it broke off during a hair coloring apt. My hair loss has stopped & I’m looking for a product/procedure/Rx to help it grow in faster (and ideally stronger). I tried Viviscal Pro for a few weeks, but the bloating and constipation (despite upping my magnesium & fish oils) kept me from continuing. Any known alternatives or advice on how to use w/o side effects? Ideally w/o body hair spike in growth.
