Any benefit to get microneedling if I am also getting Sylfirm?

I would like to get Sylfirm treatments and am wondering if there’s any point to get microneedling as well? Also, does the heat from RF microneedling damage PRF or skin boosters added during the treatment? Lastly my understanding is that Sylfirm detects when it’s getting too hot so that it can prevent fat loss, is that correct? I want to treat under eye hollows and jowels without fat loss as my face is thinning. Thank you!
