How can I remove a prominent vein on my forehead?

As you can see on my photo, I have a prominent vein going straight down the middle of my forehead. It becomes even more noticable when smiling. How can I remove this vein? I recently noticed it and it bothers me a lot.

Thank you for your question in regards to sclerotherapy. Cutting off the foot of your compression hose is not typically recommended. If cut, the compression loses its grade of support and could also cause swelling. I would suggest open toe stockings at least so your toes can be out. To be sure, ...
