Concerns: asymmetry, unflattering jaw area (recessed chin, protruding mouth, gummy smile, lip incomptence), poor side profile, weak jawline, prominent nasolabial folds. I started braces treatment with the intention of removing 4 premolar teeth to correct my protruding mouth. I am worried that removing my teeth may lead to a sunken face. I have gotten mixed advice on what procedures I should undergo. Some say double jaw, only nasolabial implants. Would I be a good candidate for extractions?

You appear to have a lower jaw which developed asymmetrically. Xrays would demonstrate the problem to you. consult a Maxillofacial surgeon in your area. The management is well described.
