I had my the posterior column of fat which supports the buttocks oversuctioned during thighs lipo. I don't want bigger butt or visible scars. Dr Erzek's book re: Centerline butt lift describes that removing a portion about 6 × 15 cm and 3 to 4 cm thick provides a modest “lift” to tighten the lateral thighs, raise the buttocks crease about 1 cm, and remove some of the lax skin over the buttocks crease and trochanteric area. Are there any Doctors who does this procedure? Thank you in advance!
