I am suffering from sebopsoriasis in scalp according to biopsy report.I am taking methotrexate 2.5 mg since last two months as advised by doctor.condition has improved but I have been facing a lot of hair fall and lot of dryness in scalp. What should I do to control this and get better.I am not feeling that medicines are going to cure it.Can it be something else?or something that I should avoid to keep myself good like certain foods and scarfs etc in winters for protection from cold and dry air

There is no surgery to make your hair thicker. There is no surgery to increase the diameter of hair shafts. If you cannot describe your situtation, it is best to see a doctor for an exam.
