Wanting to create a fuller rounder cheekbone?

Hello doctors! I really want to create a more prominent cheekbone on myself. My cheekbones compared to all the photos I’ve listed, look pretty flat. I really want to create that more rounded/youthful prominent shape. In order to achieve my goals what procedure would be correct for me? Could it be achieved through filler? Or would I have to do a cheekbone implant?

While fillers provide a temporary solution, cheek implants will give you a more natural look. An in person or zoom consultation will give you a better impresion and can be combined with 3D imaging, which can even be done remotely. Rhinoplasty with or without a chin implant is worth considering, by the look of your ideal images.

Fillers, fat grafting and implants can all be used to help enhance the facial contours and create volume and definition where it is wanted including cheek bones. It will be best to consult a board certified facial plastic surgeon in person and discuss your goals and options after a physical examination.

at home peels like cosmelan, enlighten and aerify along with dermarolling (MTS roller with anteage MD ampules weekly).

For facial rejuvenation,  I would suggest a combination approach of 
1) skin care with products and PRP/microneedling
2) PDT light therapy few times a month with growth factors
3) laser treatments like clear and brilliant regularly and a few times a year Fraxel/halo Viva, Co2/Erbium
4) Sculptra injections a few times a year for collagen production with fillers like juvederm/restylane/belotero/radiesse/bellafill
5) thermage/ultherapy for yearly skin tightening with or without PDO or cone based instalift threads for lifting
6) botox every 2-3 months to stop movement lines and prevent lines at rest
7) deep microneedling RF like Fractora/morpheus8 for tightening of the skin
8) Vascular laser like vbeam/excel V or BBL forever young treatment every quarter (3-4 months)

Fillers can be good starting point to trial cheek augmentation effects as well as how much volume change you are seeking. But eventually a permanent cheek implant is needed for a sustained and cost effective long term solution.

Cheek implants are placed through intraoral approach and they are inserted directly over the maxilla to augment the mid-face on a permanent basis.
