I think the best at tackling peri-ocular wrinkles is laser resurfacing (we use Contour TRL). These include the use of robust HA volumizing fillers, if volume deficit in the cheeks is at the root cause of the problem. The use of a cohesive, malleable, low viscosity HA filler can be helpful if under-eye hollows and tear troughs are the issue.
Alternatively, professionally performed manual microneedling (no need for the added expense and risks of RF Microneedling) may also be helpful, as can a series of superficial peels employing high concentrations of glycolic acid or salicylic acid, Jessner's Solution or low concentrations of TCA.
You would be wise to make sure to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist and best of luck.
