I am 5’4, 120, & 27 years old in this pic. (Fairly recent picture). The muscle around my mouth bulges and I hate it so much. I think I purse when I am stressed and it has become a regular habit. I have gotten some Botox there and it helps but only for like a month! What can I do? I am working on stressors and lifestyle. But it is killing my confidence. It makes my face look so heavy and old. And a bit of a mustache look depending on the light. Need help with know if other procedures or ideas of how to get this bulging to stop. It started forming a few years before this picture. And has remained. Or could it be some really bad filler? It feels like muscle contraction and Botox does bring it down. But I did have an awful lip filler experience and wondering if some could have migrated that badly. Although I doubt that is the full case.

An exam is needed to know for sure but based on the photo it appears to be hypertrophied masseter muscle. Injecting Botox in this area can help slim the appearance. The effect typically lasts three to four months. See an expert injector near you for an evaluation.
Facial asymmetry is quite common and in your case it is probably caused by one of the massseter muscles being slightly overdeveloped. This could be corrected by Botox injections. Injecting a more prominent masseter muscle will result in your jawline being more symmetrical.
