i am ftm and had top surgery on june 26. i am a smoker, about 5-10 cigs a day. i had quit on june 7, about 2 1/2 weeks before my procedure and i was told i could resume smoking 2 weeks after, 4 weeks to be safe. well i decided to after 2 weeks and have noticed some small grey spots on both nipples. i dont know if it is a conicidence and it is actually part of the healing process but i am scared i will lose my nipples. it is signs of necrosis?
