I'm sorry you are discouraged at this point after surgery. It is not uncommon for the nose to be upturned in the immediate aftermath of surgery. Over the coming weeks and months, you should see some improvement. Make sure to keep your surgeon updated so they are aware of your concerns. Best of luck!
