Rhinoplasty is an exquisitely difficult operation to get right, and you should only have surgery if you are able to make yourself very confident in your surgeon's skills. You probably have a nose that most PS would love to treat, because there is much that can be done to improve it. You need a good examination. Look at the PS's before and after photos to get a good idea of their skill in performing rhinoplasties.
