There is too much skin above your belly button. You may have been a better candidate for a tummy tuck. It would be good to know if the smart lipo was done by a plastic surgeon or a doctor who is not a surgeon. If it was done by a plastic surgeon, he should be able to tell you if you could still have a tummy tuck and when is the best time to do it.

You now have very minimal fat on your abdomen, but you do have loose skin. As this skin falls with gravity it is draping on your belly button which is a fixed point. The solution is a skin only tummy tuck which will tighten your skin. Discuss with your surgeon. Good luck.
