There is too much skin above your belly button. You may have been a better candidate for a tummy tuck. It would be good to know if the smart lipo was done by a plastic surgeon or a doctor who is not a surgeon. If it was done by a plastic surgeon, he should be able to tell you if you could still have a tummy tuck and when is the best time to do it.
