11 months after upper blepharoplasty. Will my eyelashes ever grow back? Can this be fixed?

Hello I had an upper Bleph 11 months ago. It looks great! At first I noticed my lashes seemed to loose their curl and were straight . Now I noticed they are very short. Prior to the Bleph they were long and curled up. Will they ever grow back? Is there a procedure to fix this problem?
