Hi! This is Arzu from Dr. Caner Kaçmaz Clinic. You are a good candidate for upper and lower blepharoplasty, for more information do not hasitate to contact with us. Kind regards
With regards to the lower, you appear to have hypertrophic orbicularis oculi muscles, particularly on the right. The left is a little more difficult to discern based on a picture alone. The left does appear that it would benefit from surgery to tight the skin, at least.Regarding your upper eyelids, you have a mild amount of asymmetry, which most people do. Your right upper eyelid shows a little more than your left. This could be due to your left brow being slightly lower than your right. A brow lift or upper blepharoplasty could improve this, if desired.
Thank you for your query. It is difficult to say based on this photograph but there is certainly some asymmetry in the skin of the upper and lower eyelid which can be corrected with blepharoplasty procedures. The upper eyelid fold on one side may need to be created as in Asian blepharoplasty techniques. Please find an experienced board certified plastic surgeon who can examine you and help you with all your concerns. All the best!
Yes, you would benefit from an upper and lower blepharoplasty. Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
Only on the basis of in person consultation it would be possible to give you a meaningful advice regarding correction or upper and lower eyelid asymmetry. Hope this helps.
Thank you for sharing your question and posting your photo. You have a minimal “flaw” which does not detract from your appearance. You should not have surgery performed since the benefits do not outweigh the risks. I hope this helps.Good luck,
Hello, keep in mind that when you smile, the skin and muscle can bunch together, making the lids look fuller. With that said, would consider an upper blepharoplasty to remove redundant eyelid skin and establish one uniform crease on both sides. In the lower eyelids, may consider either tear trough and infraorbital filler or light laser resurfacing to improve skin texture. Would need to evaluate in person, and recommend you see an experienced oculoplastic surgeon for best results.
From the one limited photograph, it appears that you have significant asymmetry between your left side and right side. Your left upper lid is more hooded than your right, so a conservative skin only left upper blepharoplasty can make left eyelid Look more like your right. You also have fat bags on your left lower lid, and a left-sided trans-conjunctival lower blepharoplasty can make your left eyelid Look more like you're right lower lid
For facial aesthetics, we typically don’t make assessments with patient displaying facial expression. In other words, we don’t want you smiling in the picture. When you do sell, you contract, your zygomatic and orbicularis muscles with changes your appearance.I don’t see a strong indication for upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty but both procedures might give nice results if done via sufficiently talented provider. Upper eyelid an Asian need to be done with respect to ethnic differences, maintaining a low crease, etc. etc..Provider selection is absolutely critical, and until you feel very comfortable, you found someone who has sufficient skill and experience I suggest holding off on permanent irreversible procedures.Best,Mats Hagstrom, MD

You have a small amount of ptosis (drooping) of your left upper lid that makes the eyes look uneven. This can be corrected with a scarless surgery done from the backside of the lid. Best to see an eyelid expert.
Prices for cosmetic surgery very dramatically a seizure location is. A lot depends on if the procedure is done in a formal operating room with an anesthesiologist. I suggest people resist temptation, and instead of relying on proper in person, consultations with sufficiently experience providers...
