It is 5 months after my upper eyelid surgery. Now two eyelids still look significant different, left looks much higher than the right. They have been different after surgery. I think the left eye went wrong, near the inner corner. The incisions on both eyes are also unsymmetrical. I am considering doing a revision. Is it possible to fix it and make it more symmetrical? Could anyone give any suggestions? Thanks.

Scarring is a possibility after this procedure. But at four months, the scar is still healing and there may be softening of the scar in months to come. It may be a good idea for you to wait before considering any revision.
