Not happy with results. Could this possibly change with more time? (Photo)

It's been 6 weeks and my results continue to look the same. The right breast is still more full than the left breast. The left breast looks almost the same as before surgery. Could this possibly change with more time? Yes I know I'm still early, but the results have been consistent.
