How strong is a regular hair compared to a transplanted hair?

Transplanted hair is just as secure as your normal healthy hair when it grows out.  If you keep pulling on your hair you will eventually pluck it out.

That's a really good question.For all intents and purposes, once the transplanted hair graft has fully healed and grown (which is about 1 year), it should behave the same as and have the same properties as regular hair from the back of the scalp.  As far as your body is concerned, it should have exactly the same pull-out strength as normal hair, and will not be more fragile.  It will, however, be resistant to hereditary hair loss, which is exactly what you want.Having said that, you should avoid intentionally pulling out your hair just to test it, and in the first few weeks after your transplant the grafted hairs ARE more fragile and will pull out easily.

Tugging on a transplanted hair one year after the transplant is like tugging on a normal hair, no difference. They are both well rooted.
