Hi,I started feeling itchy, when I scratch my neck, I feel I want to scratch more and more eventhough I didn't have hair transplanted on neck. At around day 17 or 18, I felt my chin area is so hot and I took a pic, I saw something yellowish in some areas, hair coming from it. It's like pus. Asked my doc on Whatsapp since he's in a diff country,he says use Fucidin cream, since I don't have it, I have Fucicort, he said it's the same! Two times a day for five days. I'm nervous if i lose hair.

Answer: If you are having issues after surgery, especially with an infection you should contact your doctor.
Usually, there is space in between the transplanted grafts which is visible under high magnification. Thus, you can undergo the second transplant in the same area but it will require more expertise than the one for the first surgery.
It may (or may not) be possible to transplant hair to a birth mark but you would need to see a doctor for a better examination to make sure you would be a candidate for surgery.
At five days post-op, grafts are not yet fully secured and can potentially be dislodged by pulling or other forms of excessive contact with the area. Normally bleeding will result from a lost graft. If you noticed no bleeding then chances are that you're fine.
