In all likelihood- yes. You appear to have a deviated appearance of the lower third of your nose, and this crookedness can be caused by a deviated septum. “Where the septum goes, so goes the nose.” Consider consulting with several reputable rhinoplasty specialists. Hope this helps you: Dr Joseph

Thank you for your question. At 4 years out, your nose is completely healed and you can treat it like normal essentially. So a small bump may cause some bruising or swelling, but shouldn't affect the overall shape or structure of the nose. Of course more severe trauma could change the nose, but...

Yes, your overall nasal proportions are not bad, but could be improved by taking down the dorsal hump, and narrowing the nasal tip, while also slightly rotating it cephalically.

Normal hemaglobin levels start at 11, and a transfusion of 1 unit of packed red blood cells would raise hemaglobin by 1. You are 2 and 1/2 units low, and this should be worked up to determine why you are quite anemic. This should be done BEFORE your rhinoplasty for many reasons. If you are...
