I have had fat grafting to the face and jaw which I want to remove and have been recommended morpheus8 1-3 treatments to reduce the fat and tighten skin.
Answer: Using Morpheus8 to remove fat Thank you for your question. We have done about 150 Morpheus8 procedures. This is the latest RF microneedling technology for InMode. This is the "upgrade" to the older Fractora technology. I can tell you we have had nice results at reducing fat/ fullness in some areas of the face. We also have AccuTite which may be a better option for you, but this technology was released even more recently and we have only done about 10 cases. We have been extremely happy with the skin tightening, reduction in pore size, reduction of fatty tissue and the overall better appearance of the skin with the Morpheus8. This being said we have never used it on fat that has been grafted. The overall results have been great and the satisfaction rate we have had in the last 150 cases is over 90%. I think you should find an experienced provider in your area and have the treatment performed. It may not dissolve all the fat, but it is probably worth a try. It may give you a very nice refreshed appearance even if it doesn't dissolve all the fat. Again, make sure you are seeing an experienced provider in your area and they are doing a full consultation. Also remember this is not the "on label" use for the devise, so the results are not predictable. Best of luck.

Answer: Yes, Morpheus8 can help reduce appearance of unwanted fat while also tightening the skin and helping aid production of collagen Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Fat grafting problems good luck with that. This is a new device for which there is little track record for removing grafted fat. It is not established the kind of control that the device provides. The whole issue of removing grafted fat is difficult and uncertain and I would not want to be in the first group where doctors are experimenting with the device. Look at the editorial on fat grafting on my website
