I have a ingrown hair that looks like a circle under the skin, I have had this for over a year it won’t go. I also have some ingrown hairs on my bikini line that are just stuck under the skin and it looks like a scar, there’s no way I can get the hairs out I can’t even see the hairs so I don’t know what to do, I’m thinking of buying a Philips IPL Lumea hair removal system, would that help and would it be safe on those areas? Thank you.
