What's the best treatment for fine lines above your lip? So confused whether to go for dermapen, peel or laser?

Fine lines around top lip ex smoker had filler but no good for the lines would dermapen work lots of people say it's rubbish, how about a strong peel or laser so many confused which way to turn don't think ablative laser yet as only fine lines what should I do?

​Fillers such as Restylane Silk, Belotero, or Juvederm can work well to treat lines around the mouth, but the best first option is laser resurfacing or deep peels to induce collagen production. Superficial radiofrequency devices and microneedling can help as well and are less invasive. I suggest going to an experienced cosmetic dermatologist with expertise in lasers and fillers. Thanks for your query.Exilis, thermage, fillers works best for fine lines above the lips. Dermapen will also give you results but they are not satisfactory. You should go in with any option mentioned above. Deep peels also play a role in fine lines but they come with a downtime and the exact procedure suitable for you can be assessed only after physical examination.All The Best

Thank you for your question prust. Wrinkles around the mouth are a common concern. These wrinkles can be addressed with multiple modalities and a combination of therapies often works best. Botox can relax the muscle around the lips to soften the lines. Fillers such as Juvederm can restore volume loss. Fractional laser resurfacing, radiofrequency, and ultrasound (Ultherapy) can stimulate collagen formation to tighten the skin. Please consult with a doctor for specific recommendations. Good luck!
