Got my face microneedled with dermapen And I have broken capillaries very concerned. (photo)

Question

Looks like I got beat up. It's like I have bruising all over my face. Well these go away on their own? How long will they be there for? How long will it take for them to go away? Is there anything I can do to speed up the process of healing them? They're very unsightly.

Thank you @cameron28788. This is a very normal and expected appearance after having an aggressive treatment. Staying away from the sun, vigorous exercise, and hot saunas or steam rooms will help. Looks like you had an aggressive treatment. This usually means better results, as long as you practice sun avoidance until redness subsides. In your next treatment ask for growth factors such as Biopell's to be applied topically after treatment. This will significantly decrease downtime and improve your results. Best of luck!
